Well, it's been quite a while since I posted, but I've been swamped!!! After my last entry, I was busy making not only the shop hop block (ended up making five - I think), but also making three of the coordinating pattern. Two of the quilts are shop samples, but the third has been sold to the Rotary Club here in Woodinville, WA to be their raffle quilt. The raffle will take place at their auction on October 8, so if you're interested you can check with them about tickets. Once the quilts were finished, the pattern was finished, and then I also managed to finish three more patterns in time for our local Western Washington Shop Hop. The new patterns are called Wine Country Picnic, Plum Passion, Wild Waves, and Awesome Amulets. I'm going to try to get pictures up this time, so hopefully you have pictures to go with my words this time, as well as links to the shops that carry my patterns and the Rotary Club.
Come visit again,

My New Blog
This is my new place to let everyone know what I'm working on and to post pictures of my finished projects and works in progress. It's all new to me, so I'm learning as I go. If you have any hints or comments, please don't hesitate posting, as I'd love to hear from you.
I've created many quilts over the years, and my pattern company is just starting it's third year! It all started with the owner of my local quilt shop Gathering Fabric, asking me to create a shop hop block. Of course, it did expand to a small quilt made with the block, and then a pattern, so they could kit it up. This meant starting a business, and before I knew it I had more pattern requests. Curently there are 8 patterns that I've printed through my company LAM Designs, one pattern that is in "Quilt Sampler" magazine, called "Harvest Gathering". Currently, in progress is a shop hop block for this year, that the shop has named "Up, Up and Away", and a wall quilt to coordinate with it. I'm hoping to post my original design and works in progress, and you can tell me what you think. Both of these need to be finished soon, and a new pattern for them by shop hop time in June, so now I have to figure how to get pictures posted, and get back to work.
Thanks for visiting,
Lynn M
