Mom's Childhood Home

Here's my mom, standing by the front door of the stone house my grandparents owned at one time. Somehow, I seem to remember my grandmother telling me about a house in Oakmont, PA, but I can't be sure, as they had owned more than one home in PA, before moving out of state. I wish I had more of the old family pictures, but am grateful for the ones I do have.

The picture is so sweet, your mother when she was a child. Your lace embellishments really work well with your design.

What a beautiful idea. It's so precious because it's from your heritage and your artistic embellishments just blow me away. Truly beautiful.
